NorthRiver Development Corporation (NRDC) was founded in 1981 by a group of concerned residents in partnership with the former Riverside Hospital to address neighborhood concerns through housing, economic and community development initiatives. In 2010 NRDC formally merged with the Lagrange Development Corporation (LDC) to become United North. The trade boundaries of United North encompass all of the Olde North End and is now formally called ONE Village.
