NorthRiver Development Corporation is the sole shareholder in the NorthRiver Homes1 Corporation, the general partner in the NorthRiver Homes1 Limited Partnership. The Limited Partner is the National Equity Fund. This project consists of 40 new single-family homes and nine renovated homes. All homes will be sold to the tenants after the minimum 15-year tax credit compliance period.
