United North will soon begin the renovation of 2829-31 Lagrange Street, the Shoppes On Lagrinka II. This two-story, mixed-use commercial building is situated on the southwest corner of Lagrange and Everett Streets, has two distinct storefronts on the first floor and the potential for two apartments on the second floor. Renovation of this building will capitalize on existing redevelopment efforts on Lagrange Street. It is across the street from Czelusta Park, the central business district's only green space, and from the Shoppes On Lagrinka 1 development project.
